Greetings, this Epiphany-full-moon weekend!
I am working on some writing offline, and more extensive newShrink editions will return in a week or two.
On the news front: The Tuesday Wordle solve-word was ANTIC. I can think of no more succinct take on the people’s government at work inside our nation’s Capitol this week.
For a most-important, excellent read with multiple reverberations, I highly recommend “How to Sell a University,” in The Assembly. It’s by a reader, my longtime friend, award-winning journalist and author Pam Kelley along with veteran journalist Melanie Sill.
And, that is all I have for now. Talk to you soon!

… it is important that awake people be awake,
or a breaking line may discourage them back to sleep;
the signals we give — yes or no, or maybe —
should be clear: the darkness around us is deep.
